Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy 

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space.

  • All fees or donations are due as agreed upon prior to services being rendered.

  • Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session, retreat, or service fee.

  • Once services have been delivered, all payments are non-refundable.

Client Responsibilities & Acknowledgements 

By participating, Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Participation is voluntary, and Client is solely responsible for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being before, during, and after any session, retreat, or gathering.

  • Client will disclose any relevant mental health or medical conditions that could affect participation.

  • Client understands that deep inner work may bring forth intense or unexpected emotions, memories, or physical responses, and agrees to seek additional professional support if needed.
